Chroma-chem® 846-1700

Chroma-chem® 846-1700 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is an inorganic pigment dispersion. It is designed for low-VOC, solvent-based coatings. It imparts broad color space, dispensability, excellent durability, color retention and rheological properties. It is used for volumetric dispensing and in-plant tinting. It can be dispersed in an acrylic resin vehicle that provides excellent wetting and dispersing properties. It is diluted in a blend of esters and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PMA). It is compatible with cellulosic lacquer, vinyl lacquer, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, polyester, alkyd, epoxy and polyurethane coatings. It is also compatible with aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ethers, ketones and reactive diluents. Chroma-chem® 846-1700 shows slight light-, acid- and alkali fastness. Recommended for concrete protection-, maintenance-, wood- and industrial coatings. The shelf life is 2 years.
