Chroma-chem® CBX-02736 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a carbon black pigment based on cellulose acetate butyrate resin. It is designed for solvent-based coatings based on a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons, esters or ketones. It provides good strength, excellent performance, good pigment loading and transparency. It exhibits acid- & alkali resistance as well as light fastness. It imparts optimal tinting performance for in-plant tinting. It is available in jet black color and dry chip form. Recommended for automotive OEM & refinish, piano-, industrial- and wood coating applications. The shelf life of Chroma-chem® CBX-02736 is 2 years.
