PureOmer™ 4812 by IGM Resins is a mono functional, lauryl acrylate (LA) monomer. It is used as flexibility agent.

It can increase water resistance properties due to its hydrocarbon backbone.
It has high bio-based content of 81 %, which makes it suitable for bio-based or sustainable formulations.
It shows low surface tension and especially suitable for use in UV curable coatings and inks for plastic substrate.
It exhibits good reactivity, flexibility, yellowing resistance and adhesion.
The shelf life of PureOmer™ 4812 is 12 months.
