PureOmer™ 3005

PureOmer™ 3005 by IGM Resins is a reactive epoxy soybean oil acrylate. It is 100% solids and medium viscosity grade designed for UV/EB curable systems.

It forms flexible films, exhibits moderate cure speed and low odor.
Due to its oleophilic character, it contributes toward enhanced compatibility with hydrophobic (non-polar) substrates and it enhances the wetting of organic pigments.
It offers good scuff resistance, excellent crease, enhanced flow and gloss and optimum flexibility.
It exhibits balanced hydrophilic/hydrophobic behavior.
It is especially useful in litho inks and coatings where intercoat adhesion and delamination are frequently are a problem.
It is recommended for screen printing inks, overprint varnishes, clear coatings and varnishes.
It is designed for use in wood-, plastic- & metal coatings.
The shelf life of the PureOmer™ 3005 is 12 months.
