Pripol™ 1017

Pripol™ 1017 by Cargill is a dimer acid building block. It is designed for epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide coatings. It exhibits adhesion, pigment wetting and compatibility. It offers flexibility which allows product to deform under stress and prevents cracking. It can also be used in conjunction with flexible substrates. It provides hydrophobicity/water repellency for excellent sealant and protective properties. Pripol™ 1017 is recommended for graphic arts, inks as well as automotive-, industrial-, marine and protective coatings. It also brings longer lifetime which allows for exposure to humid conditions.
