Pripol™ 1040

Pripol™ 1040 by Cargill is a trimer acid rich building block. It provides excellent hydrophobicity and shows excellent compatibility with other low-polarity materials.

It offers enhanced flexibility even at low temperatures, which allows the product to deform under stress and prevents cracking of the coating.
It exhibits excellent protective properties and good pigment wetting allowing a high loading of pigment/fillers.
It allows exposure to high humid environments.
It is recommended for high performance industrial-, marine and protective coatings.
