CASAMID® 710 by Thomas Swan is a curing agent of the substituted dicyandiamide type; comprised of o-Tolyl biguanide (OTB). It is suitable for the production of rapid reacting epoxy resin powder coatings.

It is also used in clear- and interior epoxy coatings.
It provides accelerated cure speed, improved processing efficiency, consistent coating performance, enhanced adhesion & crosslinking and fast-track production.
It exhibits reduced energy consumption and uniform film thickness.
It shows compatibility with formulation additives and versatility in application methods.
It offers high gloss, good flow, color stability and distinction of image in powder coatings.
The recommended dosage level is 5-6 phr.
CASAMID® 710 has a shelf life of 12 months.
