ROHAGIT™ SD 40

ROHAGIT™ SD 40 by Synthomer is a thermoplastic methacrylic acid-acrylic ester copolymer. It is UV stable, universal thickening agent for polymer dispersions and other aqueous systems with a pH value 7.5. It is free from film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers. It contains a preservative to counter microbial attack during transportation. ROHAGIT™ SD 40 is used in non-pigmented or pigmented products like dispersion-based paints and plasters. For thickening with stock solution ROHAGIT SD 40 is diluted with water to a solids content of 9 - 10%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
