Valida S231C

Valida S231C by Sappi is a bio-based multifunctional stabilizer. It is designed to provide unique rheological and physical properties in water-borne coatings and inks. It has a high surface area and an insoluble 3D network which facilitates stabilization at low viscosity while providing shear thinning & thixotropic properties. It is a biodegradable, fibrillated cellulose in water suspension. It is derived from wood pulp that has been sourced from sustainable managed forests.

It allows minimal thickening and improves sprayability.
It possesses water retention property which offers anti-mud cracking in elastomeric roof coatings.
It exhibits reduced dirt pick-up and improved tensile strength with maintained elongation.
Valida S231C has shelf life of 24 months.
