CoatOSil™ FLX Coating Modifier by Momentive Performance Materials is a low-viscosity polysiloxane resin. Acts as a modifier. It is compatible with many organic resin systems and pigments. It improves coating flexibility and gloss retention under harsh weathering conditions. It also enhances corrosion performance in neutral salt spray testing. The recommended dosage level of CoatOSil™ FLX Coating Modifier ranges from 0.1 to 10%.
