CoatOSil™ 7230 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicone-polyether block copolymer based on polyethylene oxide or polypropylene oxide. Acts as a defoamer, flow/leveling and wetting agent having good gloss. Offers high surface activity, reduced coefficient of friction and low surface tension. CoatOSil™ 7230 is suitable for use in radiation cure (UV/EB), water- and solvent-borne coatings, high solids and inks applications.
