KURARAY LBR-305

KURARAY LBR-305 by Kuraray is a liquid rubber based on butadiene homopolymer designed for coatings. It can function as a reactive plasticizer but have a far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizers. It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, IR, SBR and BR. It reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds’ physical properties. It results in a product with lower processing costs. KURARAY LBR-305 is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. It improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures.
