Omnivadd XP 6540

Omnivadd XP 6540 by IGM Resins is a modern low molecular weight, specially designed triple tail wetting and dispersing additive.

It improves stability of tinting pastes, organic as well as in organic pigments and pearlescent pigments in water-based systems.
It prevents “de-wetting” or “surfactant stripping”, flooding and floating when pigment mixtures are reduced.
It also increases storage stability of the system.
It is used in wood, plastic, metal coatings, screen printing inks and electronics market.
The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-2.0% based on inorganic pigments, 2.5- 5.0% based on organic pigments and 0.5-1.5% on total base weight.
Omnivadd XP 6540 has a shelf life of 3 years.
