Omnivadd XP 6230

Omnivadd XP 6230 by IGM Resins is a modern low molecular weight, wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems.

It reduces grinding & dispersion time and improves leveling and flow.
It is especially suitable for stabilization of inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-free epoxy and polyurethane systems, like flooring or pipe-line coatings.
It is also used to decrease the viscosity of water-based resin-free inorganic pigment concentrates, based on high molecular weight dispersing agents like ADD-4590.
It is recommended for dispersion of fillers in water-based decorative paints based on acrylic emulsions, achieving a better rheology and improved gloss..
It is used in wood, plastic, metal, industrial coatings and electronics applications.
The dosage level of the grade is 1-3% based on fillers and inorganic pigments.
Omnivadd XP 6230 has a shelf life of 5 years.
