Omnivadd XP 5054 by IGM Resins is an electro-neutral wetting and dispersing additive for enhancing the dispersion of pigments & organically treated bentonites and reduce the time required for the grinding process.

It creates thixotropy and prevents flooding, floating & settling of the pigments and reduces sagging.
It reduces the interfacial tension between pigments/extenders and the vehicle.
It shorten dispersion time and improves storage stability.
It is especially suitable for non-polar to medium-polar solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems such as air-drying alkyds, chlorinated polymers, epoxies and alkyd/amino resin combinations.
It is used in wood, plastic, metal, architectural paints and electronics applications.
The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-2.0% on inorganic pigments and 30.0-50.0% on the bentonites.
Omnivadd XP 5054 has a shelf life of 5 years.
