Omnivadd XP 4046

Omnivadd XP 4046 by IGM Resins is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings.

It prevents reflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance and stabilizes the color strength & pigments in paints and pigment concentrates.
It reduces dispersion time and improves color strength.
It provides higher gloss and lower viscosity.
It is suitable for wood, plastic, metal, general industrial & automotive coatings and electronics applications.
The dosage level of the grade is 10% of oil absorption value for inorganic pigments, 30-50% of BET value for organic pigments and 15-25% of DBP value for carbon blacks.
Omnivadd XP 4046 has a shelf life of 5 years.
