Omnivadd XF 3260

Omnivadd XF 3260 by IGM Resins is a premium silicone-free surface additive that reduces the surface tension of organic coating systems. It acts as a wetting, levelling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings.

• It is a fluorocarbon-modified polyacrylic polymer.
• It reduces drastically the surface tension of organic coating systems and exhibits excellent compatibility with most solvent-based systems and has minimal foam stabilizing effect.
• It is a very effective surface additive, which improves levelling and surface smoothness.
• It is suitable for use in high gloss and clear systems, and has minimal effect on inter-coat adhesion and foam stabilization.
• It can also help to prevent floating and flooding, and improve the orientation of matting agents in matted finishes.
• It is recommended for wood-, plastic- and metal coatings.
• Omnivadd XF 3260 is designed for use in baking enamels based on acrylic or polyester resins, polyurethane coatings, two-pack epoxy coatings and air-drying alkyd systems.
• The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-1.0%.
• The shelf life of the product is 4 years.
