Omnivadd XF 3230 by IGM Resins is a silicone-based surface additive to improve surface properties in all solvent-based, solvent-free and aqueous systems.

It offers improved leveling, increased scratch and abrasion resistance, good anti-blocking characteristics and can prevents floating.
It is active at the substrate and air interfaces of inks and overprint varnishes.
It provides improved substrate wetting and leveling and increased scuff resistance.
It has very broad compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems.
Omnivadd XF 3230 is suitable for wood-, metal- and plastic coatings.
It is recommended for water- and solvent-based industrial coatings, particularly in spray applications.
It can be used in water- & solvent-based and UV-curable printing inks and over-print varnishes.
It is especially effective in nitrocellulose-based systems for flexographic and gravure printing.
The shelf life of the product is 3 years.
The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-0.5% based on total formulation weight.
