Omnivadd WD 2564 by IGM Resins is a VOC-free, silicone-based foam control additive for water-based systems. It can prevent foam and bubble formation during paint production, filling and application.

It is suitable for grinds that contain no resins (pigment concentrates).
It is recommended for high gloss emulsion systems based on acrylate/PU and PU in the PVC range of 0 to 25.
It is suitable for water- and glycol-based pigment pastes and universal colorants.
It shows no or minimal effects on film properties.
It is used in wood-, plastic-, metal coatings, printing inks, overprint varnishes and electronics industry.
The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-1.0% on total formulation weight.
Omnivadd WD 2564 has a shelf life of 5 years.
