Omnivadd WD 2560

Omnivadd WD 2560 by IGM Resins is a VOC-free silicone-based foam control additive for water-based coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes. It can prevent foam and bubble formation during paint production, filling and application.

• It is suitable for grinds that contain no resins (pigment concentrates).
• It is particularly suitable for defoaming millbases during dispersion and subsequent processing.
• It is characterized by outstanding defoaming during grinding and good storage stability.
• It is very active in eliminating the existing foam and inhibiting its further formation.
• It controls the foaming tendency of surfactants during dispersion and further processing in water- and glycol-based pigment pastes and universal colorants.
• The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-0.5%.
• The shelf life of product is 5 years.
