Omnivadd SP 5044

Omnivadd SP 5044 by IGM Resins is a multi-purpose, anionic/cationic wetting & dispersing additive to improve the wetting of pigment surfaces and organically treated bentonites and reduces the time required for the grinding process.

• It reduces the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders and the vehicle.
• It decreases pigment sedimentation and increases gloss & improves flow.
• It is compatible with all solvent and solvent-free coating systems.
• It improves the grinding process of fillers in glass fiber reinforced plastics.
• It is used in wood, plastic, metal coatings and electronics industry.
• The dosage level of the grade is 0.2-2.0% for inorganic pigments, 2.0-5.0% for organic pigments, 30.0-50.0% for bentonites and 0.5-1.5% for extenders.
• Omnivadd SP 5044 has a shelf life of 5 years.
