METHOCEL™ E15 Premium LV by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is a surface modifier. It is a high-quality grade with similar properties as METHOCEL™ E15 Industrial LV. It exhibits low viscosity and marks high level of HPMC substitution for higher stability and salt tolerance. It offers improved adhesion, spreadability, homogeneity and advanced rheology control. It provides gelation, reversible gelation with heating, water-binding and a broad range of pH stabilization. It has excellent film properties such as high tensile, strength and elongation. It enables enhanced workability and water retention for construction coatings. METHOCEL™ E15 Premium LV is used as a protective colloid and pigment suspension in inks.
