METHOCEL™ F4M Premiumm by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences is HPMC-based thickener with medium substitution. It is a water-soluble, cellulose ether polymer with high purity. It imparts good film and protective colloid properties. It offers improved adhesion, spreadability, homogeneity and rheology control. It exhibits water-binding properties and a broad range of pH stability. It allows gelation and reversible gelation with heating. METHOCEL™ F4M Premium provides workability and water retention in water-based inks and coatings. It complies with FCC, EC, FAO/WHO, GRAS and U.S. FDA.
