Zeothix® 265

Zeothix® 265 by Evonik is a micronized precipitated silica, rheology modifier. It provides film uniformity, edge coverage and short mixing times. It offers an excellent balance of flow out during application, exterior durability and sag control for superior thin film coverage. It is soluble in water and remains stable under normal conditions. It is easy to incorporate in process or in post addition. It is denser, easier to disperse and produces lower dust than fumed silica. Zeothix® 265 is suitable for both solvent-borne and solvent-free paints, gel coats and inks.
