Polyurethane solution in water. Acts as an efficient low-shear non-ionic synthetic associative thickener (NiSAT) with reduced viscosity loss upon tinting. It is a next generation color viscosity stabilizer rheology modifier. It is a high efficiency low-shear (KU) builder. Shows an excellent balance of sag and leveling properties, improved color float resistance and greater color rub-up performance. Provides minimum contribution to high-shear (ICI) viscosity. It has good storage stability and is easy to use. It is an APEO-, VOC-, and tin-free, opaque, pourable liquid. Exhibits excellent compatibility with most latex resins systems. Can be combined with other associative rheological additives, clay based thickeners or cellulosic thickeners. Applications include high quality zero-to-low VOC decorative paints, industrial water based coating systems and waterborne inks. It is available in Spain, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland.
