RHEOLATE® 175S

RHEOLATE® 175S by Elementis is acrylic emulsion in water-based rheological agent. It is a cost effective, easy -to-use hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion (HASE). It is free from APEO (alkyl phenol ethoxylate) and solvents.

• It provides excellent mid- to high-shear viscosity build, excellent film build, levelling, and resistance to roller spatter in interior matt and satin finishes.
• It is used in decorative latex paints and waterborne inks.
• The typical levels of use are 0.5-2.0% (as delivered) by weight in paints or inks.
• RHEOLATE® 175S has a shelf life of 2 years.
