DeuWax FA-110H

DeuWax FA-110H by Elementis is a unique matting wax dispersion with exceptionally matting as well as slip enhanced effect to the paint films. It exhibits outstanding suspending property, sedimentation or settlement which usually occurs in conventional silica matting agent is not found with the product. It is used as stir-in matting agent and incorporation is done by simply mixing them during the letdown stage.

• It improves smoothness, transparency, lubricating, silky feeling surfaces and has non-yellowing performance.
• Paint films with additions of DeuWax FA-110H show superior mar resistance when scratched by fingernails.
• It is used in coatings, leather finishes, N/C lacquer, lacquer, PU and solvent-based inks.
• Recommended dosage level is 10-20% based on total formulation for semi-gloss.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
