DeuWax FA-110

DeuWax FA-110 by Elementis is a unique matting wax dispersion with exceptionally matting as well as slip enhanced effect to the paint films. It is used as stir-in matting agent and incorporation is done by simply mixing them during the letdown stage. It improves smooth, transparent, lubricating, silky feeling surfaces and has non-yellowing performance.

• It exhibits outstanding suspending property, sedimentation or settlement which usually occurs in conventional silica matting agent is not found with the product.
• Paint films with additions of DeuWax FA-110 show superior mar resistance when scratched by fingernails.
• It is used in coatings, leather finishes, N/C lacquer, lacquer, PU and solvent-based inks.
• Recommended dosage level is 10-20% based on total formulation for semi-gloss.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
