Dapro® DF 603

DAPRO® DF 603 by Elementis is a blend of cyclohexanone and a proprietary modified silicone. Acts as a defoamer. It is a water insoluble, non-explosive, clear iquid with ketone odor. Available in Americas. Suitable for solvent-based coating systems including alkyd melamine, polyester-melamine, alkyd, 2-pack polyurethane and unsaturated polyester systems. It has a good compatibility in clears. Recommended in industrial coatings, wood & furniture coatings and automotive coatings. It is in compliance with REACH, TSCA (USA), EINECS (EU), DSL (Canada), NDSL (Canada), ENCS (Japan), PICCS (Philippines), KECL (Korea), IECSC (China), AICS (Australia) and NZIoC (New Zealand) and NECSI. It is also regulated with ISO 9001/ ISO 9002 certificates. Typically used at 0.3-1.0% on total weight, but should be optimized by testing. has a shelf life of 2 (two) years from date of manufacture. DAPRO® DF 603 by Elementis is incompatible with oxidizing agents.
