Elementis

Dapro® DF 696 by Elementis is a highly efficient grind defoamer. It is an optimized blend of foam destroying particles, modified silicone and polypropylene glycol. It provides optimum foam control in grinding process of fillers & pigment dispersions including alkyd-, epoxy-, polyurethane and styrene acrylate dispersions.

It is a low viscosity, easy to incorporate grade which disperses well into a wide range of formulations with excellent performance.
Dapro® DF 696 is used in various water-based inks as well as in water-based industrial- & wood coatings.
The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% based on total formulation.
It has a shelf life of 2 years.
