Dapro® DF 60

DAPRO® DF 60 by Elementis is a blend of glycols and organo modified polydimethylsiloxanes. Acts as a defoamer. It is an off-white liquid that is very efficient in destabilizing both macro and micro foam. It has a very good persistency and does not interfere with the gloss or the color acceptance of the system. Effective in pigmented acrylic, styrene/acrylic, acrylic/urethane and alkyd/amine waterborne systems. Suitable for semi-gloss and gloss water-based paints. Typically used at 0.3-1.0% on total weight, but should be optimized by testing. DAPRO® DF 60 by Elementis has a shelf life of 2 (two) years from date of manufacture.
