Foam Blast® E37

Foam Blast® E37 by DyStar is a highly effective silicone-free defoamer. It is available in powdered form for easy addition by dry blending with components of dry-mix compositions. When water is added, it effectively releases air and improves the physical properties of polymer-based mortars, without affecting the adhesion, curing rates, or physical appearance.
  • It is recommended for all cementitious compounds based on acrylic, polyacrylic copolymers & vinyl acetate/ethylene.
  • It readily disperses in water and can be added as received or from an aqueous dispersion.
  • Foam Blast® E37 is used in modified Portland cement mortars, concrete-, masonry- and EIFS coatings.
  • The typical dosage level is 10% based on polymer solids.
