Foam Blast® 389

Foam Blast® 389 by DyStar is a fortified, non-silicone, mineral oil-based, general purpose foam control agent. It forms a stable emulsion upon dilution. It shows good tolerance for electrolytes and is compatible in most systems.
  • It is designed for textile dyeing & printing, architectural- & industrial coatings and inks & graphic arts applications.
  • Foam Blast® 389 meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 176.210 and 178.3120 for food contact applications.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.25 to 2% for textile applications and 3 to 6 lb per 100 gal for industrial coatings.
