Foam Blast® 269

Foam Blast® 269 by DyStar is a zero-VOC, 65% active, concentrated silicone emulsion defoamer. Due to its emulsification package, it can be used to suppress and control foam in hot and cold systems over a wide pH range. It avoids loss of adhesion, orange-peel, fisheyes, and other incompatibilities.

• It is recommended for aqueous coatings and water-based flexo & gravure inks (porous).
• Foam Blast® 269 meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for food contact applications.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0%.
