NeoAdd™ PAX-521

NeoAdd™ PAX-521 by DSM is a low-toxicity, non-genotoxic and non-mutagenic polymeric aziridine crosslinker. Offers chemical and mechanical resistance including water-, alkali-, alcohol-, oil-, scratch- and rub resistance. It enhances adhesion to specific substrates. Designed for overprint varnishes and water-borne primers, inks and coatings for packaging applications. It is recommended at a dosage level of 4-8 %wt/wt for reaction with carboxylic acid functional water-borne acrylic emulsions or urethane dispersions. NeoAdd™ PAX-521 has a shelf life of 6 months.
