NeoAdd™ PAX-523

NeoAdd™ PAX-523 by DSM is a non-mutagenic, low-toxicity, non-genotoxic polymeric aziridine crosslinker. Designed for water-borne industrial wood & architectural coating systems, floor coatings and parquet lacquers. Provides water-, alcohol-, detergent-, chemical- and humidity resistance. Also used in leather and textile coatings to improve detergent and scuff resistance. It enhances wet adhesion to specific substrates. Improves chemical resistance and mechanical properties. It is recommended at a dosage level of 4-8 %wt/wt for reaction with carboxylic acid functional water-borne acrylic emulsions or urethane dispersions. Shelf life of NeoAdd™ PAX-523 is 6 months.
