DOWSIL™ 210S Additive

DOWSIL™ 210S Additive by Dow is an ultra-high molecular weight silicone dispersion in water. Acts as a slip controlling and anti-blocking agent. It improves mar-, scratch and abrasion resistance. Shows good compatibility with various resin emulsions. Provides strong reduction in static and dynamic coefficient of friction at very low use levels. Exhibits enhanced hand-feel and low tendency for surface cratering. It does not have any impact on surface hardness or water resistance. DOWSIL™ 210S Additive is designed for waterborne wood coatings. Recommended dosage level ranges from 0.1-0.3%.
