High molecular weight, solution of an acrylate copolymer. Acts as a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne systems. Especially suitable to stabilize titanium dioxide, and also stabilizes colored pigments. Deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization of the pigments. Provides equal electrical charge to pigments and thus avoid additionally possible co-flocculation of pigments that are not equally charged. Offers improved color strength and high gloss. Reduces viscosity and provides improved levelling and high pigment loading. Used in architectural, industrial, wood and furniture coatings, automotive refinishes and pigment concentrates.
