Dehydran® SE 2

Organo-modified silicone emulsion. Acts as a high performance, ultra-low SVOC silicone emulsion defoamer for waterbased paints, clear coats, and inks. Retains antifoaming efficiency during long storage of the paint. Exhibits easy incorporation, without using strong shear forces. Offers very good foam suppression during the grinding process as well during application. Minimizes gloss reduction. Suitable for pigmented systems and clear coats. Used in architectural paints, industrial coatings, wood coatings and printing inks and overprint varnishes. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
