Dehydran® 1208

Dehydran® 1208 by BASF acts as a defoamer in coatings, based on polyester, polyacrylates, polyurethane and epoxy resins including solvent-free, waterborne and solventborne coatings. It is blend of defoaming ingredients, containing silicone. Dehydran® 1208 shows a remarkable long-term defoaming effect. Exhibits improvement of the leveling properties and a diminution of floating phenomena. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.0%. Its shelf life is 2 years.
