Solsperse™ 86000

Solsperse™ 86000 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant which improves pigment dispersion, wetting, flow and stability in UV-curable coatings and inks. It is suitable for organic and inorganic pigment dispersions across a wide range of medium-high polarity solvents, high-solids, low or zero VOC systems. It offers high pigment loading, higher gloss and greater color development. It shows improved rheology, particle size reduction and stability. Solsperse™ 86000 is designed for flexographic-, offset-, screen- and digital UV inks as well as UV wood coatings. Typical dosage level 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area and 4-10mg active dispersant for digital inks. Recommended re-test date is 2 years.
