Solsperse™ 38500

Solsperse™ 38500 by Lubrizol is a 40% active polymeric dispersant in MPA. Provides excellent tinter stability, increased pigment loading, improved flocculation, floor and float resistance. Also offers production savings through increased millbase pigment loadings and excellent compatibility in a wide range of resin and solvents. It is compatible with acrylic, urethane, nitrocellulose and CAB. Solsperse™ 38500 is designed to improve dispersion and stability in liquid organic media and solvent-based multi-media colorants. Recommended for use in whites, carbon blacks, inorganic oxides, organic reds/ yellows pigments and highly recommended for use in organic blues/ greens pigment. Recommended dosage level is 2.5mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
