Solsperse™ M387

Solsperse™ M387 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. Provides excellent tinter stability, increased pigment loading, improved flocculation, floor and float resistance. Also offers production savings through increased millbase pigment loadings and excellent compatibility in a wide range of resin and solvents. It is compatible with alkyd, acrylic, urethane, nitrocellulose and CAB. Solsperse™ M387 is designed to improve dispersion and stability in liquid organic media and solvent-based multi-media colorants. Can be used to produce zero VOC colorants when used in combination with non-VOC or exempt solvents such as estasol (ex DOW) or t-butyl acetate. Highly recommended for use in whites, carbon blacks, inorganic oxides, organic reds/ yellows pigments and organic blues/ greens pigment. Its recommended dosage level is typically 2.5mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. This is simply the surface area divided by 4.
