Solsperse™ 14100

Solsperse™ 14100 by Lubrizol is a 75% active polymeric dispersant in ethyl hexanol. It improves pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media. It offers high pigment loading in millbase, and higher optical density & higher gloss in printed inks. It is suitable for carbon black pigments (furnace blacks) and phthalocyanine blue. Solsperse™ 14100 is used in gravure inks and offset lithographic (heatset & sheetfed) inks. Typical dosage level is 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. Recommended re-test date is 5 years.
