SURFYNOL® DF-110D

SURFYNOL® DF-110D by Evonik is a very compatible molecular defoamer/deaerator based on gemini surfactant technology. It is silicone and silica free. It provides additional dynamic wetting properties. It is effective against macro- and micro-foam in combination with high compatibility. It is highly recommended in combination with classical silicone-based defoamers. It is compatible with waterborne, addition to the let-down stage and partly compatible with addition to the grinding stage. It is suitable for flexo/gravure printing, dip coating, flow coating, curtain coating and flooring. SURFYNOL® DF-110D is used in car OEM coatings, general industrial coatings and printing inks. Recommended addition level is 0.1-1%.
