SYNTRAN® PUC 6225

SYNTRAN® PUC 6225 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a cationic, waterborne, one-component, polyester-type aliphatic polyurethane dispersion with DMF. It offers high gloss along with excellent corrosion-, chemical-, abrasion-, weather- and scratch resistance. It is a self-emulsifying, one-component system that shows no migration characteristics because it contains no surfactants.

• It is the hard version of SYNTRAN® PUC 6224 and can be used together with cationic acrylates on steel coil.
• SYNTRAN® PUC 6225 is suitable for metal coatings including base & topcoat for cold-rolled steel coil (GI type) and mineral substrates.
• It exhibits excellent compatibility and good adhesion to metal, inorganic substrates, pigments and functional plastics such as polycarbonate.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
