SYNTRAN® PUC 3225

SYNTRAN® PUC 3225 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a cationic, aqueous, one-component, aliphatic polyether-type polyurethane dispersion (PUD) with DMF. It is a self-emulsifying dispersion that is easily processed into a film at relatively low temperatures. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and good compatibility with additives.

• It can be used together with cationic acrylic on steel strip.
• SYNTRAN® PUC 3225 is recommended for formulating metal coatings including primer & topcoat for cold-rolled steel strip (GI type) and mineral substrates.
• It is also used as a binder for pigments and inorganic fillers.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
