Crysol® 6136

Crysol® 6136 by Wanhua Chemical is an acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion used to metal pretreatment coatings and plastic coating with excellent chemical resistance.

It exhibits excellent alcohol & alkali resistance, adhesion to a variety of plastic substrates such as PC, PC+ABS & ABS, PS, weather resistance and mechanical stability.
It can be combined with amino resin or blocked isocyanate and other crosslinking agent/adhesion promoter to improve adhesion.
It does not contain formaldehyde or ethoxylated alkylphenol (APEO), NMP and NEP.
This waterborne resin is recommended for interior, exterior, midcoat, basecoat, clearcoat and topcoat applications.
Crysol® 6136 has a shelf life of 12 months.
