REVERSOL 5236 by Synthomer is a solvent-borne short oil alkyd modified with linoleic rich fatty acids. It is recommended for clear & pigmented acid catalyzed wood finishes, nitrocellulose paints and general stoving enamels. It provides good hardness, scratch resistance, very good gloss, pigment wetting properties, good flexibility and durability. It offers good water-, yellowing- & weather resistance, good color development and fast air drying. REVERSOL 5236 is compatible with long oil-, medium oil- & short oil, urea, melamine and nitrocellulose resins.
