REVACRYL AE 6030

REVACRYL AE 6030 by Synthomer is a finely dispersed aqueous dispersion of a styrene-acrylic ester copolymer. It contains an anionic emulsifier system and is free from film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers. It forms a clear, tack-free film. It is a special binder for anti-corrosion coatings, topcoats or single layer coatings. Paints based on REVACRYL AE 6030 adhere well to degreased, bright metals, phosphated or leaded metal sheets. It offers good water resistance, good surface hardness and blocking resistance. Overcoatibility of REVACRYL AE 6030 based primers with aqueous or conventional coatings is good. It is compatible with conventional pigments, active anti-corrosion pigments and fillers. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
